react to the RFP? What kinds of bids were offered? Was a network built?
Has it been successful? How similar or different is it from the network
envisioned in the RFP? What might be some reasons for this? Would the
municipality be willing to speak with you directly about their
experiences? Do a Google search ("city name wireless") for each project
to find more information about it.
